Made with Passionfruit, lime & chilli

Ingredients
1/4 cup passionfruit pulp [approx 3-4 small or 2 large]
1-2 tsp lime juice
Thinly sliced birds-eye [red] or jalapeno [green] hot chili
sea salt
(also try adding a splash of Fish Sauce)

Goes great as a sauce or marinade for any white fish like blackfish, bream, barramundi, kingfish etc... but is especially good as a dipping sauce for things like Salt & Pepper Squid or Tempura Prawns.

Stir together passionfruit pulp, lime juice, sliced chili and a good pinch of sea salt.

Alternative Method (Recommended)

Combine ingredients in saucepan on low heat to bring out a stronger chilli flavour and to reduce the liquid if you want a thicker more intense sauce.
